When you buy golf clubs from selectworldgolf.co.uk, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. Please read the return policy carefully before you make the purchase.
1. We can offer full refund for quality problems. We cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as
A: the product does not look like the ones in your picture
B: The product is not what I imagined it to be.
C: I am not satisfied with this product.
2. Please be sure that the items are new, not used. We cannot accept return of used items.
3. Within 7 days (from the date you received the products), if you request returning the purchased items because of quality problems, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you have to pay the shipping fees). We offer free shipping for all the goods online and pay for the shipping cost. The shipping fee has to be repaid by the customers when returns happen.
4. When we received the returned package we will have a check of the products to see whether the problems are caused by human factors or not. If the package lost during the returning process, we are afraid that we cannot offer a refund.
5. The refund will be issued the card or account the customers used. It will take 10-15 business days for the bank to process the refund.
