Visas
Passports, Visas and health requirements
It is the responsibility of clients to check that they are in possession of the correct documentation (passports/visas etc.) and comply with health requirements (vaccinations, inoculations) for the countries to be visited. If you need assistance with this, please call us.
Please note that most countries now insist that passports be machine-readable and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure from the country. Some (including South Africa) also require passports to have at least two completely blank pages.
ESTA
The United States Department of Homeland Security now requires all persons (including those from countries covered by the Visa Waiver Scheme) travelling to the United States, to complete, on-line, a Visa Waiver Form and obtain an electronic authority to travel (ESTA) to the United States. This must be done at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Once you have received your approval print a copy and retain it with your passport. The ESTA is valid for 2 years from date of issue but needs to be updated on-line with your new travel details each time you visit the USA.
Failure to obtain an ESTA will almost certainly result in traveller's being denied boarding for their flight.
Important notice for those travelling to Turkey

The e-visa has increased to 20 USD per person but is a multiple entry visa valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
